Matt. Strong, to quite strong....even on one foot.

You know Heather and Ben
And Lisa and Ashley,
Mel and Ronda
And Daigle and Billy.
But do you recall
The most pissed off trainer of all?!

Matty the nine-toed trainer
Had a very gnarly toe
And if you ever saw it
You just might gag and choke.

All of the other trainers
Used to laugh and call him names
They'll never let poor Matty
Use any bands or chains.

Then one sweaty Christmas Eve
Benny came to say
Matty with your toe-ful blight

Won't you row 5k tonight?

Then all the trainers snickered
And they shouted out with glee
"Matty the nine-toed trainer
You'll go down in history!"
